haha yes i was 200 lbs before.. no kidding. not good for my size frame I am only 5'2.5"...and had to lose weight because I broke my knee and had complications from surgery (had 3 surgeries in 2.5 months) dr said u gotta lose it....

That is really wonderful and very positive thoughts on your way about losing your weight. I am proud of you. I was 145/150 before my hubby walked off, lost all the weight, I am now 125/127...all is stress related. not so good but right now I am eating healthy portions and eating right...

Yeah, so sad about pollution. I went there in 2000, it was beautiful though. I would love to go back again and go to Zion Park, Utah to take a friend of mine there. My sis in law is considering about moving back to Vegas, if that was the case, I can fly out there w my boys and take them there...

haha. Last Sat night i went out to eat w friend w my boys to a mexican resturant. my oldest son shouted in the resturant "I ate beans and I need to POOP right now!" I got embarrassed and took him to bathroom while people looked at me and laughed..... :shock:
