Some of you already know that I was on a diet a couple of months ago and I still am sticking to it. Last October I joined in at Weight Watchers and learn a lot of things about what we suppose to eat, how to do exercise, etc. I decided that I would try to do it at home by myself instead of going to Weight Watchers meeting every Tuesdays and I LOVE it. I always weight in every Tuesday mornings as soon as I wake up and go to the bathroom then weight in. I always lose about one to two pounds a week (That's normal to lose average one to three pounds a week)

After Christmas, I started doing some different ways and lost a lot of weight. I found out that I've lost 45 pounds now so far. I just joined a membership at Ladies Riviera Fitness Center last Friday and I had to do treadmills, bikes, and Cardio...I usually spent the time about 1 hour and half there, I love it, it made me feel so good! I go there three to four times a week.

This is how I do for my diet...I usually eat anything I want to but NO SUGARS! I am allowing to eat sugars every Sundays. Sometime I would just choose a portin of protein and carbonhydrates to make a meal and add a serviing of vegetable (at least two servings) of my daily meals. I usually eat about 5 to 6 meals per day. Of Course DRINK A LOT OF WATERS!!! I would drink diet pespi or diet mountain dew (caf. free) once in a while.

I want to know if anyone had some experience with your weight loss or are you on a diet..if so, what kind of foods do you eat? Anything you want to say about weight loss, please post it :)
 
wow that is fantastic. im glad ur still stickin to ur diet and doing great. Very proud of u.
 
WTF, BabyAngel!

i got lost some few weights, was between 135 to 140 now 128 :wiggle:

I wish I could involve this but diffculities w/my thyroid and kept contuine roller coaster up and down.. Made me fusterate.. Still searching for Thyroid adapt can lose weight some of kinds prgm but out there no luck...
Oh well.. I'll find specifist doctor and help me out somehow issues my thyroid and want remove my thyroid gland. My goal is nice normal body where I was belong to...
of course I know will take my meds forever due in control my body..
I have not made it yet.. Will come hopefully for my come true..

I'm so very proud of you BabyAngel you did worked hard and think willpower!
 
yea i started yesterday, i ate some sugar so i drink lot water since... so see what happen.. smile..

I already starting health food snice from 2 weeks ago and my weight still up and down oh well but still keep going to lose weight .. I hate my underactive thyroid.. I wish remove in my throat of underactive thyroid but too risk to remove so i use pills rest of my life .. so i am still keep going to lose my weight
 
BabyAngel.. you're doing a great job! I know you're feeling much better about yourself! Congrats! I wish I had the willpower to do that myself. but I'm not ready. :ugh2:
 
Congratulations on your weight loss, BabyAngel. I need to lose some pounds too so I hope I will learn something from reading your and other posts about losing weight.
 
:angel: You look beautiful BabyAngel, and you keep up the good work!!! What a difference in your before and now picture!!! You must feel so much better now.

I have been eating healthier too since the holidays, and take vitamins, I try to keep busy around the house, and go walking.

BabyAngel my friend, Congratulations on your weight loss, You are just beautifully as always, never doubt that about yourself, and You do look so differently now that I can tell you even look more younger. I notice that on each person who loses weight, their whole body changes and they're looking young and healthy, I've seen that on Biggest Loser. I'm very happy with how you are doing this for yourself because I know losing weight is very difficult to do, and sometimes people have their weakness in them, trying to get out and fight to lose weight, but it's not easy. I wish people would realized that who mocks at overweight people out there.

How much are u planning on losing more? I wanted to tell you that I'm very proud of you and I think you're one of the strongest person that is seriously about sticking with your plan on losing weight. Biggest Loser had made me realized that life too short, and everyone wants to look soo good for themselves, It makes you wanna do something about your weight, That's how I feel and I'm sure that's how everyone else felts too. Hang in there BabyAngel I'm cheering for you all the way! :hug: :ily:

That is really wonderful and very positive thoughts on your way about losing your weight. I am proud of you.

I was 145/150 before my hubby walked off, lost all the weight, I am now 125/127...all is stress related. not so good but right now I am eating healthy portions and eating right, feeding my boys lots of fruits/vegs. and other things whatever they gobble up.

I just started Pilates on Ball, it is great and easy on your back, you oughta try Pilates. it only take 30 to 45 minutes per day...it is hard when you have hectic schedule, I do it when boys are asleep so that way they don't jump on me on the big ball thinking its a bouncing ball! lol.
