I have Nucleus Freedom in my left ear. I don't know if I metion this or not lol

my cochlear implanted on my left ear. I had a dr. visit recently about 2 days ago on Thursday for a follow-up since my surgery and I am doing well and my lighthead and ringing in my ear will go away soon and that normal just like my dr. said. I can't wait til Sept 6 for the process turned on...

hello I still have dizzy with lighthead and also ringing in my ear it drive me crazy grrrrr I going to see the dr. this Thursday for a follow-up since my surgery. My Activation date is on September 6

my surgery went fine and successful and the surgery last about 3 1/2 hours. Right now I feel lighthead and sometime little bit dizzy and I still have ringing in my ear grrrr I hope it went all away so right now, I am taking easy and resting til I feel alot better.

oh boy....my surgery day is tomorrow....I am really getting nervous a bit my hubby will be with me and support me too and also my mom too....

my hearing loss on my right ear is about 80% and my left ear is about 90%

there is ASL expo in Pittsburgh, PA on November 10, 2007. I plan to go there. Is anyone planning to go there also?

I vote freedom and will be having a surgery on August 8,2007 for on my left ear..... my husband also have freedom and he LOVE it!!! he got implanted on his right ear on February 28, 2007 and turn process on March 29, 2007!

OH YES my husband love his CI and hearing more and more sounds that he never heard before and love it!

My husband was born deaf due to 3 month premature and I could be born deaf also but I got sick with high fever when I was about a year old so I could be born deaf or hearing so it unknown tho
