what law? fucking BULLSHIT....no body's making $$ out of those generous terps siging the music for us Deaf, what the FUCK wrong with those hearing morons, VERY insensitive I'd say!! Hell think about it, why was there a rumour a few months ago that Lady Gaga wanted to learn sign? it's GOOD it happened because she noticed it, its good, god damn those you tubes fuckwits!!

they can by pass this bullshit by acknowledging the copyright and same time use of a disclaimer ! that way they cant touch you because you specifically said its not your work but you share your appreciation god damn ! why dont they just tell them uploaders to use disclaimers rather than be big wankers takeing it all down entirely, very unfriendly fuckers they are!

It's not because they think someone else is making money off using their music on youtube, but it's because they are losing money because people are turning to youtube to listen to music for free.

A little math:

Situation A: 100 people buy a CD X $15.99 per CD = $1599.00

Situation B: someone uploads music to youtube, then 50 people don't buy the CD so: 50 X $15.99 = $799.50

Sales have gone down 50%.

It's not just online content. Many producers and artists have been trying to get the Congress to ban second hand sales (i.e. used copies of a CD or DVD for sale on eBay, Amazon, half.com). Right now, a professor is trying to get a bill on getting students to buy brand next textbooks, no reselling used textbooks.
