Now, I hope youtube mobile will come up with captions... so I can use youtube on cellphone/pager with captions on it.

But standard YouTube format don't support iPhone. no captions. m.youtube for mobile only.

Yeah even m.youtube doesn't have captions too... so I'm hoping Google/Youtube will set up captions for mobile users on both mobile youtube version and standard youtube version.

On March 17, the Federal Communications Commission will unveil a proposed broadband plan that is designed to ensure, or at least improve, equal access to Web TV and movie programming for people with disabilities, which could including requiring captions.
