he was a great philosopher without a philosophy from india, good for self-searching and helps you to pursue the 'stillness of the mind' to bring everything into "now" i mean blocking the past and future, thinking about NOW, its hard to do for me and i find its can be a useful 'tool' to help personal reflection and or to help 'stand still' metaphorically, ok theres yoga and meditation, but Krisnamurti concept goes further than just 'that sitting in the quite room' it is meant to change way we think in so we can carry it with us and have some sort of peace. because it is non-religious it helps us to seek a way to be non judgemental.
