It's best to wait until you're older. I've seen a lot of high school sweethearts break up when they finish high school. Sometimes, love is misunderstood because both are together in a small school and haven't explored much. When they finish high school, they are given the opportunity to explore the outside world such as work and college. When that happens, they meet other people.

Maybe, your love is true. Maybe, it's "young". Just wait. :)

As for marriages, you both are too young! I was in early 20's and I was stupid enough to get enganged to a guy that I was in rebound relationship like 3 to 4 times. Last time we got together, 2 months later we got enganged, and was for 4 months til I called it off for good. I realized that I was immature back then, and I wasn't in college.

There are path to future that you may want to enjoy your freedom, and as being single here, I am much happy after I ended a relationship almost 2 months ago, guess what I am happy right now, and best is not to jump into other relationship too fast and soon. I may be bachelorette until I am in late 20's, 30's, even 40's. I may stay single for rest of my life until someone come in and I will decide if he is right for me or not...... Real World and Money aren't funny either.... you both haven't been out in real world yet since you both are in high school, and you both need to learn how to be indepdent and finicial secure/stablity before you both can get married. Marriage is lot of work!!! It also requires maturity too. You both need to reconsider, and think very hard before you guys regret for doing something really stupid.

I got engaged when I was 16, and married when I was 19. I had stars in my eyes and thought everything would be just so beautiful. I was too young to get married - too young to set my mind on one person and decide I would be with them forever. I wasted 10 years of my young life with that man and I can never make up that lost time. SEE OTHER PEOPLE - really - just to test the waters out there. If you don't you will live to regret it. Mark my words.

I think something has gotten lost in translation here. I'm not married yet, I'm not getting married until I turn 18, and I don't turn 18 until 4 months after I start college. And I am most certainly not pregnant!
 
just warning you most divorces happen because people marry young its a fact. for example my friends parents married at 19 and wanted to end their marriage when my friend was young ,but they decided to wait until she was older and shes now 23. her parents got their divorce last year
 
I know this. My mother has been married and divorced twice, and wants to marry again. She is almost 41 years old. My fiancé's parents got married when his mom was 19 and his dad was 17. They are in their 50s now, still married, and they had gone through unbelievable bad luck, including the death of their 3rd baby. They now have 3, and my fiancé is the last. Sometimes 2 people can work things out.
 
never never compared the relationship in between parents and children's relationships. your parent may be together for 32 yrs just cause their time is much differ from nowadays' tradition in this centry of millenimum. back then in 1930s to 1990s marriages may have last long than it has been but 2000s to now, the marriages has never really lasted longer under 20 yrs.

love grows old and blow out the flame. there's nothing for it to rekindled old ones. unless the histortic repeats itself.
 
Kittle, don't mind the crowd. They are disillusioned about love... They cannot fathom the fact that not everybody has to get pregnant to marry. I am 20 (going on 21). I have been married since barely 19. And I don't have any offspring however I will like to have a child at age 24 (a big shocker for many people here... a PLANNED PREGNANCY?!?!). You will encounter some interesting parties that you might regret to meet but hey, there are some lovely people that you just want to come to the forumjust for them! They make the visit worthwhile.
