many million people have kidney stone for longtimes due relates by family to family..

I have painful lots and i cant slept enough and i cant eat enough plus bed really uncomfortables for me but i beg my mom for new bed!

Im straighten to ER last night till after 4-5 am in the morning and im little dizzy but im ok now so on day i went to dr in Cabot,Ar for checkup and info me that i should drink clear fluids whether i chose like water or whatevers but i cant drink caffeine like soda..

My dad had been kidney stone but im not sure how long he had but my mom wont tell me and my cousin also had one too..

but im almost died! but i need careful to drink clear fluids and i had hard time to quit soda..

but i tried quit pop soda and also i tried to rid painful lots..

ER doctor give me medicine to help stop painful im pray get better soon

When im straighten to ER and they hook me IV,blood work and also urine but my mom is nurse she with me all the times at ER but my mom is off duty nurse she know what to do..

I need easy to careful i wont get too riskful and also eat healthy too plus drink clear fluid too..

Wow,that is rough. It is not that difficult to quit drink soda pop. Believe me, I drank Mountain Dew for 25 yrs. No kidney problems. I hardly drink pop and I drink water all the time,now. :) Becareful,sara, just cut back.
 
I went to Urology today and doctor give me strong medicine to help im pray to my kidney stone get better im pray for that..And also i went there include x-ray,urine everythings fine but im still wait for dr till there and talking about my kidney stone..If my kidney stone not passed.

I have next appt on monday Aug.22 at 1:30pm

They can do ultrasound to get rid of the kidney stones. I feel for you, really I do. It sure hurts like HELL to pass them.
 
Drink coconut water. They dissolve kidney stones. Go to Farmers market to see if they sell Amy & Brian Coconut Juice. It is the cheapest and the healthiest coconut water. Or you can buy fresh green coconuts, not brown coconuts. Just crack it with a hammer, and drink it from fresh coconut. Do NOT buy Zico coconut water. It's not really nutritious.

Don't drink too much sodas. Don't eat too much junk meals. Period.

my doctor tell me says i can drink any types clear fluids like Sprite or Sprite Zero and also water bottle or whether juices will be fine to rid..

I did went to Urology and they didnt say for ultrasound its x-ray and i did got cat scan as child at hospital in North Little Rock,Ar if bother that kidney stone and if not passed they see dr in weeks on monday..So records papers send to my primary doctors and urology doctors also..Urology doctors give me strong medicine every four hours for morning & night sometimes if after 4 hours they can taking one also..

I never heard about coconut water im rather vomit! LOL
 
update

i had kidney stone surgery tuesday august 23 at my mom's hospital work but im not stay at hospital but i have outpatient and doctor found out little piece rock on my kidney stone thankness godness im alives but im still sores lots!! I had hard time to rid pains since two weeks rounds..
 
I am experience history I am risk alcholo I quit on beer reason cocern not joke I know feeling crap I have addiction beer I dont' want to destroy my kidney not joke!
 
Beer vs Kidney.. it is more of beer vs Liver.


Kidney Stone.. they run high percentage of common problem with human being worldwide. It runs in my generations as well. You need to ask them and your family this.. it runs in family, if so, when and how. Why you need to ask them that is because there ALWAYS something that makes your kidney produce a stone. Stone does not always come into your kidney itself, it often was being produced by your kidney which comes from something you consume. For me, we can not have Tea, Beets, Spinach, curfew nuts, and one more thing or our kidney will produce Kidney stone, the more acid/chemicals from these sources the faster our kidney starts producing. If I drink tea, my kidney starts pinching. But if I consume over what my organs can manage (due to lift weight training), my kidney, liver and gallbladder will start pinching due to high amount of sources out of the stuff I consume so I cut back, things go back to normal. And yes you need to avoid dark liquid sodas. So go ask your families and doctors to see what to avoid instead of just sodas.
 
Start sticking with natural health remedies/medicine. I think it is better than a regular doctor who makes more money off you. Get well soon, Sara!
