This is a new scam claiming that people paid for subscriptions and they're calling to "renew".

Don't fall for it! They want your personal info so they can steal your money. Here's the link and info to watch out for:

Be careful! If see, block immediately and complain to FTC, FCC, and FBI.
 
You are very helpful. I think you might think we're stupid or something.

I'm going to help you out. Not all if us, but a pretty damn good portion of us are deaf. I can't speak for anyone else, but I can't talk in the phone, I don't answer the phone ever. I'm not sure about anyone else here, but one thing I don't ever have to worry about is getting scammed on the phone. I'm just saying
 
I know you're not. I, too, am deaf, and NEVER consider deaf or hard of hearing people stupid-- ever. I just believe in making sure that the proper resources are being used to help us when we need it, cause I don't know if people know about these resources or not. I believe in helping others when it's necessary to. I'm also fairly open-minded, and never judge people I have never met.

I actually had a telemarketer call my VP a few weeks ago! Might be because of my business listing but it was immediately blocked.... nice having the ability to block, last I used a normal phone I don't think I was able to do that!
 
I know. The point of my post is to give people a peace of mind, and learn about call blocking technology on cell phones, and if you say you're fine, I'll take your word for it.
 
we cannot handle to to sites or hosts. because really. whom is very responsiblity. It is see your responsiblity.

Thankfully, I haven't had to do that yet, cause I'm not dumb enough to say "Screw this bill. I can pay that later", cause it WILL come back to bite me some day, and I'd rather not have that happen, so it's wise to make sure I can manage my fiances, and pay my bills on time, and if I'm not sure, I can move around my payments within a reasonable amount of time to still make it work. It's simple as that, but I don't need to be ignoring payments that I KNOW will come back to bite me.

I try to be. If I'm unable to pay a bill, I'll give them a heads up, and if it's necessary to, request they suspend service, but as long as I'm able to pay my bills in a timely manner, I'll be all right. I just gotta make sure I'm paying what I'm supposed to be paying, and hopefully have everyone satisfied.
