WTF is this.

To me, marijuana looks different. This has to be some sort of weeds... I'm not much into botanics so can't help there...
 
Yes, it's real. I took the picture while driving.
My brother discovered it while walking down the street to a bus stop.

I have tons of pictures of weed - in every shape and form.

Thanks to many growers around the town :)

Mostly of it is from eating, then discovering the effects. Then discovering inhaling makes it faster.

Imagine, Dosing Cocaine plant into gasoline then trying it after... Coke!

That's hemp plant...so I don't think that's hemp in the picture the OP put in. It's kinda too big being a hemp plant and plus there's no bud on the top of the plant. It whould appear when it's mature...it looks mature enough. Probably another kind of plant that looks kinda like hemp.

I see weeds on the picture... it looks like the cops in that town needs cokebottle glasses to see the weed better, maybe the cops thinks it is some kind of miniature maple tree. :lol:
 
Perhaps it is because it is not to illegal in your state to toke up or grow weeds?

I couldn't find anything about cops not caring about marijuana in Boulder. However I found this:

Telluride marijuana initiative on November ballot

Note where it says ---
The proposed ordinance—sponsored by Sensible Colorado, a Marijuana Policy Project grant recipient—would direct the Telluride Police Department and Town Attorney's Office to make the investigation, arrest, and prosecution of marijuana offenses for "adult personal use" the town's lowest law enforcement priority.

In other words, they wont give a fuck if you smoke a bong in front of kids in the middle of the city park. (It's been going on for years...)

If cops don't care then what's stopping you from pulling over and grab some instead of taking a picture of it?
 
there are many plants that look like Marijuana. Depending on where this is (what state and town) I highly doubt that it would be in broad daylight like that and be able to remain untouched.
