Would You Want To Read Lips?

This is my first post here but I have been reading a lot on the forums. I have this survey I am doing for my sign language class. If people could vote and post their thoughts that would be great.

I wanted to know if deaf people would like to know how to read lips or hear. This would be great if everyone can vote and ask their friends to vote also (or they can tell you their answer and you can vote for them). Reason for the question is we got in a debate about if deaf people who are not able to read lips yet or are at a low level of reading if they would want to learn how to read lips. There are deaf kids in public schools who do not know how to read lips at all or can barely make out what hearing people are saying.

Please do not select "no" if you can read lips but you wish you never could. Thank you!!

I already can read lips. It's great. I can understand half of what someone says while reading lips without my hearing aids, but it works better when I'm wearing hearing aids...
