Would you do business that bars you from...

I am surprised they can do that. Makes me nervous to order from a company I don't know about.

I would check sources first to see if they're reliable or not. If they have a good reputation, then go ahead. However, if they have too many negative complaints, I would avoid that business.

That's bullshit.

KlearGear will go down, I think.

it will unless.... it will rebrand itself or get acquired by someone else with more reputable name but I hope no one gives that sleazy owner any single dime. I'd want him to be drowned with debt cuz of unsold inventories at warehouse.

I wonder if it's owned by Amy's Bakery Company...

nah. Amy's didn't harass/sue/threaten/etc. anyone. too gentle.

this one was just plain damn sleazy and hostile.

They did. If you read Yelp.com (I dunno if the messages are still on Yelp.com), you see customers gave them bad rating, they attack those reviewers including lawsuit, threaten, etc...

Personally I think it'll drown itself in debt, and it'll be too deep to get out of, and they'll shut down forever.
