Another good one, Jersey.
The reason Jersey (The Toxic State) isn't half bad is because every once in a while, a hurricane hits her and cleans her right up!
Another good one, Jersey.
Ever drive through Nebraska? lol Awful!
Worst city I've been is probably Oakland,CA. That place is whack. Aggresive panhandles, they know you aint from the area. They hide behind gas stations to attack you for money and clothing. On Sat. nights during football season, you'd see prostitutes on streets from hotels. CRAZY! 2nd worst city Ive been to is New Orleans. Whew, tough, tough crowd.
Of the places that I lived, not just visited, Great Lakes, IL, 1971-72, was the worst for me. It was very depressing.
Lake Merritt
Underground shopping mall in DTOWN Oakland
The one and only university in US for cannabis study/research.
Piedmont Avenue
Oakland is 8th best business city in United States.
What are you talking about?
I lived in the women's barracks on the main base there. I worked in a small command on the base. It was a depressing base. There wasn't much to do there, the climate was uncomfortable, and most of the men there were disgruntled draftees back from Vietnam. Drug use was rampant and open. Guys would flash and hoot obscenities at the women as we walked by. Lack of discipline was terrible. Why was Great Lakes bad back then? I've been in area much recently and it doesn't look bad. Then again, I was born in 1977. What happened back there if you don't mind. I currently live like 40 minutes from Great Lakes.
I never went there alone. It looks better there now, but not that much better. I wouldn't risk walking out there on my own.
Worst state....not that I know of so far. Worst city I've been to is....hmmm...thinking....not that I can recall of. Anyone give me tipsters?
