 Kewl, thanks for sharing Chevy 57.

You can use the money you save on Petrol for you medical expenses after you get squashed like a bug by an 18 wheeler tractor trailer. :laugh2:

I guess Barbie will buy one for Ken! :giggle:

As usual, your mileage may vary.

Mounted it on a quad mini-bike, using its 150cc engine

Did you see the wind-up key in the back of the car??? (Almost at the end of the video)

Pretty cool, and I did see that windup key too! Nice "touch"

Only if you can protect urself by installing heavy duty anti-roll bar w/ cage and mount concealed tire spikes on top of car so that you won't get squashed by Semi-Tractor trailer. They'll take notice if they felt a heavy thump thump thump and pulls over to check to find out their tires were flatten.

:rofl2:

Sheesh it seem that it's legal to drive smallest car in England!! Here in USA, they allowed BMW Smart Fourtwo in city, not on highway (they can allow them to drive freeway).

I remmy that took my son's PowerWheel Jeep and drove it on my street in neighborhood. It was pretty strong enough to carry 200lbs guy at 7mph max. I modified the battery compartment to accommodate lawn tractor 12vdc lead acid battery. It was strong enough to wheelie the jeep when my kids tried to drive it. My son reminded me that one of our neighbor girl got nose bleed from wheelie accident

I teased my wife that I would use Powerwheel jeep to drive to work just to save gas. She said you'll get squashed by car cuz it's too small!!

It's legal to drive the Smart fourtwo anywhere here. I saw it on the interstate and it could do 65-70 mph no problem.

Man, that car is really, really small! I don't think it's comfortable to drive it, lol.

That guy sure got the balls to get this car passed under the DMV's nose.

Hope he dont get run over by a Mack Truck....

I so definitely want that car. It is smaller than original Mini Cooper!

ah yeah the original mins, they were pretty fast too its like a go kart grown into a car, but this??

Yup that's something I worries if I drive Smart Fortwo on highway and seeing a Semi-tractor grille on rear window. I read the article mentioned that Smart Fortwo should be used in City and freeway, Not the highway for safety reason. Even though it can go fast but it's the size of car can get overlooked and squashed by Semi like bug.

Yea, but just like what Jiro says. :) It isn't any different from a motorcycle or a car with no roof. Those are kind of dangerous to be in, even in a 80's Honda that have 1 or 2 star crash ratings. I'm pretty sure the Smart ForTwo has better crash ratings than a Honda CRX. :laugh2:

:-o 1-2 stars crash ratings?? wow!

Yep, that's what I read and the crash tests didn't exist for those cars back in the 80's either. They are very flimsy due to almost no crash protection and they're very light, too.

Yeah true... I bet someday we will see more small cars. Japan have developed many different Concept car. They're as small as Smart Fortwo. Cuz of convenience and save gas plus helps the environment. So if we are seeing more small cars on highway then it's the lest of the worry. I'm sure that Semi driver getting grey hair trying to be extra extra careful when pulling to next lane and make sure any "bugs" aren't under it's trailer belly :rofl2:
