Amazing... I can imagine it takes a lot of time and effort to clean the pool.

They claim it is spring fed and very cold .... I remember diving in an underground spring fed quarry, it was always crystal clear - not sure if the indoor pool is continuously running water, if so, then I don't think it needs to be cleaned.

I also dove in another underground spring fed stream that was also crystal clear water.

ok , then you order 4 20000L tanks full of piranha from south Africa fly it over by helicopter, then see how much that costs you LOL

I thought that piranhas are from South America, not South Africa. I have never heard any piranha in South Africa. :hmm:

Moray eels are just like underwater puppy dogs .... see?

I wonder if he is going to get it to play fetch?

I have always dreamed about opening an indoor scuba diving park - except I would include tropical fish, maybe a submerged old western town complete with a saloon. And maybe a submerged ancient city - like Atlantis. It would also be a theme park, with a roller coaster going through glass tunnels in the giant aquarium.

I would have a restaurant too ... and maybe it shouldn't be seafood - wouldn't want the tropical fish spooked. :giggle:

So ... only to find financing ... who would want to go to something like that?

ME!!!!!!!!!!

i wouldnt put fish in there, i think id like to go and have fun there!!
but at the deepest dont think so...hurts the ear (water pressure)....and its probably cause bends...if that is so, then it's and excellent venue for diving training and practices to boot its a really nice place...

They were very friendly. And, my, what good manners they had too. Much, much friendlier than someone from Newark, NJ.

Oh, come on, Steinhauer. You must be crazy what you are thinking like that like a joke. What is wrong with you? I am confused on what you are thinking of all people. Gawd (frustrated grunt).

That's what dive watches for. Don't go up or down too QUCIK. Just slow till hurts the ears (Both of ears, not one ear) then stop move and hold your nose then blew it till pop ears to help less hurt then move again. I was scuba at around 40 ft deep from Cancun. I don't mind to go there again. Most hearing people who take classes with me and my brother and they were jealous of us because they can't communication around each at underwear, only my bro and I can. :)

In my scuba theme park, I could even put sunken submarines in, and fake plastic sea monsters (like 20,000 leagues under the sea).

Then, there would of course be a child wading pool - and highly trained lifeguards with a Diver Alert Network and decompression chamber for any diving accidents that could occur.

People could get certified there - enjoy the park, restaurant, roller coasters and other various rides. All while swimming with tropical fish ™

maybe there would even be a place for remote control submarines and rc boat races? :hmm:

for that inner nerd in all of us ...
