Well, if you clean yourself beforehand... use a clean blade... and clean yourself afterwards, then you should be fine.VamPyroX, I agree with you, I think its a sebaceous cyst, I see loads of them on GP placements. When you pop them, they smell very putrid and a lot of curd like substance pops out. Not dangerous, and not painful, but quite unpleasant. That one was way bigger than any I have seen before though! And did not think much of the hygiene either!!
It has happened to me where I had to use a knife to cut myself in order to remove a deep splinter.
