Woman posts photo of her breastfeeding puppy, says it was to save its life

I mean... I'm glad the puppy lived... I really am... but I can't.... I just.... I'm not sure as I have words to put into sentences to relay exactly how I feel... I suppose that doctors face in the picture describes me best... :ugh:
