Yeah, thats why I think its not cost effective, but that just me. I drive slow when its bad out there. Sometimes they drive fasrer than me but end up in the ditch, LOL.

It's always the pick-up trucks blazing through on the highways. I always drive according to the weather conditions, not the speed flow of the traffic. We've had a few pile-ups this winter season so far.
