Wing implants.

Would you consider wing implants that would give you the ability to fly?

  • No definately not. The whole Idea sounds obsured.

  • No. As I would rather stay as nature intended.

This is very much a hyperthetical question as such a thing does not exist. I'm just curious though. If something like this DID ever exist would you go for it?

Nah, I'd consider it a hinderance. Jet packs and Hi-Jump boots for the win? Considering by the time such technology even comes out, so will those I mentioned. Unless of course McCain gains presidency, starts a war with every known country then dies on the desk and leaves it up to the Soccer mom to finish the job and a nuclear holocaust innates thusly mutating all known living beings... or something.

So far I am the only voter.

Voted absurd.

Also allergic to feathers.

LOL, you wouldn't be using any feathers. Just prosthetic wings. Probably made from synethetic fibre's that you would attach to a couple of little lumps on your back. It would involve genetic engineering and major surgery, body modification etc...

Please note that I am in no way promoting this in anyway. It's just something that I'm writing about in my book. The dragon's want humans to become airborne like them so they put a lot of money into reasearch. Wheras people want the disabled to become like them so we put a lot of money into research to that end. Same thing really.

I'd rather go for a rocket pack like the one in the movie "The Rocketeer". Wings are too SLOW when the Rocketeer rocket pack makes it go more faster and more maneuverable.

Cliff Secord, here I come! LOL!

Oh BTW....jet packs strapped to your back does really exist as experimental devices way back in the 1940's and 1950's.

The OP was wondering if you would want to grow wings and fly yourself to anywhere in the world..simple :)

whaaaat?? myself fly *oh boy*
thanks for explain! Do they think, I would implant for 2 wings on my back and fly.. haha!!! *HardLaughRollOnTheFloor*
