True, when my hearing loss became evident to the saving & loan where I worked (and they knew I had a hearing loss and knew I did not have hearing aids), they offered to transfer me to the mortgage loan department or another (can't remember the name). I took the mortgage loan. I did not have to deal with telephone or customers. All I did day after day after day was type up the mortgage papers (before computers).
