Sometimes commercial advertisement can
fool me, so I would look for other references.
 
I *rarely* go to a movie theatre... usually the only reason you find me at a movei theatre because my friend dragged me to there. Many friends of mine are movies franatics... I know one who watch like 20 movies a month IN A THEATRE! All money BLEW !

I will allow myself being dragged if the movie is a GOOD movie... like I wouldn't mind going to see "Memoirs of a Geisha" but so far no OC/RW in my city. :tears: Right now I am reading the novel to soothe me for now....
 
I would often perfer to see flicks that doesnt have alot of talking but loads of actions and stunts like "King Kong", "the matrix reloaded", and "couching tiger hidden dragon".

I want to see "underworld : evloution" sometime perhas this weekend my friends and I would get to go if they feel like it anyway lol.
 
It would be depend on opened caption with the movie I wanted to see. So I don't go movies often.

Same here. :) It depends on what the movie is about....if I like what I read about the movie, I go see it. :)
 
i either go to movies because
1. if it looks good
2. its based on a true event and or book
3. it has decent and or talented actors in it
4. it got good reviews.

I usually leave the dumb/ eh movies for a rental night.
 
I haven't go to movies for long, long time now... Reason is no subtitles...

My children go movies with their mates sometimes. They love it.

I rather to buy DVD to watch on TV with my family in home than go to movie...
 
I wonder if netflix and blockbuster stores help Hollywood makes profit or does it all the money go in owners' pockets.

Netflix Mulling Revision to Settlement

SAN FRANCISCO - Hoping to satisfy federal regulators, Netflix Inc. appears ready to revise a proposed class-action settlement so 6 million consumers eligible for a free sample of its online DVD rental service aren't automatically charged after the one-month offer expires.

Under an initial settlement reached five months ago, Netflix agreed to offer free DVDs for one month to anyone who had been subscribing to the popular rental before Jan. 15, 2005.

Unless the participating consumers canceled after the free month, the company planned to begin automatically charging for the service
 
i cant wait until Pirates of the Caribbean 2 comes out. i hope its good. i really loved the first one. Johnny Depp is the man.
