It's already answered. As a lawyer, We are to sworn to duty to abide and to reflect each's own character.

As for calling you a mule, I wasn't the one that called you a mule, if I recall, it was, unfortunately, my client that called you a mule.

I only said it was because you both had to be related in a way or other. ;)

Not necessarily , a person is entitled to name changes legally. My client has the right to be Northstar and not Sharky.
Like I stated, Sharky is a past , courts don't rely on past evidence.

You're right, A person can have the right to change the names legally, but however, the court does rely on past evidence only because it is for the character.

It shows what the background is like and it does show what the person is like. It also shows how that person became to be the one that emerged to the present.

We will see about that only the cyber-judge can make this decision for past evidence.

Now, DeafMonkey - You were wondering why I didn't answer NS's question. It is because I have been really busy doing my job by trying to free my client, Calvin.
