Who's over 50 here and dozes naps?

Yes.I take meds for high blood pressure,My thyroid and my diabetes. Maybe naps are good for you. But when you nap you miss out.

Maybe your Thyroid meds need to be adjusted?

Seb- he already noted that they could use the sleep timer on the TV- the problem comes when you can't predict when or if the person falls asleep or not. The sleep timer could go off while she is still awake (how rude...). Though I suppose if that were to happen she could just tap the power button and turn it back on.

Of course we can set the timer on the TV but what if she watched longer than expected you know? And yes she LOVE DVR....

Try not use the computer right before bed time that can get your mind fired up and read a very boring book . That help me fall asleep.

I had trouble sleeping when I was younger and had acupuncture treatments and that really helped.

My Tv's have up to a 2 hr sleep time on them. If your not asleep by then, get up and go somewhere else so the other person can sleep.

I do dozed when I was on the computer or have to wait for someone finished shopping when I was in Canada. I felt that medications may cause drowsiness. Need to talk to the doctor about driving the car and need to change medications so I don't feel tire or drowsy.

Also it can be boredom that can cause to fall asleep. Just have to go to bed when needed to sleep.

Can not help it when I am addicted to Computer. :(
