I believe so... there is a lot of youtube video of Russia crash compilation and you can see a lot of morons and tempers flare in those videos. Many of those came from dash cam. From what I understand is that dash cam is for insurance purposes and evidences.

In Russia don't all cars have to be equipped with dash cams? To settle disputes/blames in cases of auto accidents? I could be totally misinformed about that.


I wish it was like that here, then I'd have a recording from when I hit that deer last July and turned it into a flying reindeer.......

I would say 50 50 b/c yeah, the one entering traffic has no right of way but then again the other car was speeding grossly.

It's hard to say without knowing what happened way earlier.

Remember Malcolm in the Middle when Lois got the traffic ticket
b/c they withhold the other store security tape that showed when she entered
the street, the other car did something illegal,
and it looked like she caused the accident when she really didn't ?

So, yeah, you can't quite believe only a part of a video

I said that too about it hard to tell b/c we do not know happen before the accident. The car that was speeding could ha come out of no where.

Flying cars are hard to see so if one wants to fly on the roads like that, then accept the risks.

I have seen a driver in 4 wheels drive take a turn too fast in the winter and almost lose control of their car. This happen right the middle school and it was a good thing no kids where to walking to or from school. I notice a few people in 4 wheels drive taking a turn too fast , it's just plan crazy . A 4 wheels drive does not mean you can speed in a school zone of 20 mph when taking a turn.
