the driver crossing into street didn't have right of the way.

This is what I thought too. The driver turning onto the street did not have the right away. That driver turned right in front of the other regardless if he was speeding or not.

It may had been safe for the driver to made the turn and Aventador came out of no where .We can't see where the Aventador was coming from so it really it hard to say who is more at fault . I know when my car was Tboned by a teenager driver speeding when I was making a turn the boy was 100% at fault ,he got the ticket . I got a settlement from the kid family .

The driver drove over the white line while turning....so it's the driver's fault even tho the Aventodor "might" have been speeding...Feel sure if the other driver had been paying attention and "looked" before turning...he/she would have seen the Aventodor driving in the lane that she/he wanted to get into....Patience would have been the key here...

The driver who was turning right should have look both ways before making the turn, but the speeding car was supposed to be at 30 or less miles per hour in the city district. It does look like the driver was going too fast in the city limit. So look like they are both at faults. :(

The accident could have been avoidable if Aventador is driving at slow speed, and then YELL at that driver for making a bad turn which is happen to be in my lane.

Russian drivers always be crazy to drive risky. Worse than USA.

The speed of the driver has nothing to do with it, it's irrelevant. The driver turning into traffic failed to yield to the right of way. It wasn't going so fast it was invisible. The speed of the other driver wasn't an issue, even he wasn't speeding they'd still have gotten in an accident because the other driver pulled out into an oncoming car.

I have to disagree with this. I have seen drivers cut off other cars and putting that person at great risk. People are jerks no matter where you live.

In Russia don't all cars have to be equipped with dash cams? To settle disputes/blames in cases of auto accidents? I could be totally misinformed about that.

I wish it was like that here, then I'd have a recording from when I hit that deer last July and turned it into a flying reindeer.......
