Whos afraid to fly?

I love flying. I think I was only nervous once when my plane was landing on a icy landing strip. Since I have a CI now, the security process takes longer. I don't go through the electronic x-ray screener anymore. I go to the line to be manually searched.:eek3:

Don't let them to touch your breast or private area, also I hate when try touch my private area.

i thought with ci.. u can go thru the xray screener.. as long as it is no mri.. u are safe?? i am confused? of course it will set the detector off.. u have to show them the card saying u have ci in your head.. they will say ok.. check you with the thingy over you make sure no bomb or whatever .. then they will let you go ..

Let's stick to the topic, shall we? Frankly, I do not care if it was about the president, congress, senate or whomever it is. I do realize that the politics does play a part within the Transportation Security Administration but however, this thread is about How afraid are we when we do fly or not?

Personally, I am not afraid of flying. I love flying and I think it is fun to fly because you get to see the wonders of the earth while you are in the air. The view is always the beautiful part to have. Oh yeah, I gotta mention this, When you do land at night time - That's what always makes me feel so in awe seeing all those little bright lights on the ground while you're up in the air approaching the final destination.

The security checkpoint does not really bother me that much because I always try my best to come in prepared and I'd check the rules/regulation before I do actually fly and that makes it easier for me to go through the checkpoint. The only thing that I am bugged about is the LONG lines at the security checkpoint.

Why cant Airlines Create a plane like a cruiseship? Like a Movie Theater,Gambling Casino And other stuff?

I was advised by my CI audiologist to not go through the x-ray screener. They had a few patients where there was a problem. Two things she mentioned to me were, (1) losing the mapping on the processor and (2)static noise.

OK Put the Upper Level and turn it into this.

I can Gamble until its time to land.

Then ride Soul Plane, they got everything on the plane (stripper club, dance club, bar, gamble, and more... ;)

NAH! I rather fly...more quicker...we don't mind Amtrak but bus NO thank you!

But I just don't like security that's all. All I was patient and get over with it. HA!

Haha, I have been use to ride on bus for longer trip

Monkey,,, Try those small planes first. Then youre ready for the big 747 jumbo jets.

dude, from my experience of flying- it should be the other way around
those big 747s have less turblence in the air vs those smaller planes....

i think its much better if ones first time was on a 747 than a smaller plane

I love flying!! I get nervous while the plane is landing when it's windy. I've flown to overseas many times in the world. My scariest experience was landing to Hong Kong because the runaway was very short. SO SCARY! I asked my parents if it was like this way as always and my parents said yes. My family and I went to China when I was 22 yrs old.

Now, I heard that there is a new runaway in Hong Kong.
