Anyone who love scrapbooks album book or others ?

I would love to curious about your scrapbooks album book ?
Any creative things?
I'm beginner and learn about scrapbook album book today, because little bit awkward use scrapbook album book. (My scrapbook is very first making Logan's pictures as learn my own creative!)

Do you like share w/us about your scrapbooks ?
 
my sister did some scrapbooks she actually made one for our mom for christmas after our brother got married she also put the whole family in the scrapbook it was so pretty

and i would LOVE to learn to do scrapbooks i do have scrapbook shop near my home
i maybe can sign up for scrapbook class maybe after christmas
 
COUNT ME IN! I do scrapbook but I am not done with Disney trip! LOL! I need to get that done soon then work on CA Adventure then rest of trip from last summer... :giggle: Scrapbook supplies are expensive so best is look for them on sale.
 
I dunno.................I think scrapbooking is a very strange hobby. I like using some of the scrapbooking supplies for other craft projects..............there is some neat stuff in the scrapbooking aisle. But, it's so hard to believe that a multimillion industry has sprung from making photos look pretty.
 
I have made scrapbooks for my daughter and son since the day they were born. Two of each so far. I add my daughter's band, baseball, graduation etc...to it. But my son is still open because he is only 11 right now. I will keep going till his gradutaion. Everyone said I was very creative because I add their bracalets, first haircut, etc...color papers, etc...and loved the scrapebook. I made one because my mother had made me one that was from 1970 of me and my sister, then in P.S.D (Pennsylvania School for the Deaf), all the trips, my school pictures, everything till I was old enough to fill it in till it was full and it was neat so I followed my mother's footsteps with my children as well.
 
I bought materials for my scrapbooking several years ago but I haven't got around to it yet. *sheepish grin*
 
ASK DREAMDEAF.... she is so GOOD with scrapbooks. She show me how to do it. I still think I am not GOOD at it. heh
 
i love making scrapbooks im learn from my Aunt who very creatives of scrapbooks but i have scrapbooks albums 4 but i will getting more scrapbooks album sometimes
 
DreamDeaf is really good at scrapbooking...the cards she sent me were soooo pretty and very talented! You could ask her about that, GalaxyAngel :)
 
Yeah I agree that Dreamdeaf is very talented and creative in the way she creating something unique and different, all the cards look fabulous, never fails to receive 'oohs' and 'awws' when I see them or show it to others.

I know she's been working on our wedding scrapbooks book album and I can not wait to see it either. *excited*
 
Yes, I agree about DreamDeaf, too but I would like to remind you about MisGilz, too. She is good with scrapbook. She showed us many pictures how to do with scrapbook at other forum.

Yes, scrapbook is such beautiful but I am not crazy to cut and add on the paper but crafts and furniture restoration.

I love to do artwork on computer to create different pictures of babies, wedding, christening, etc. I will be happy to create for you if you want me to do.

wow, it's wonderful of DreamDeaf did for you.

I am only doing for artwork on computer for any weddings, christening, confirmation, babies, etc. and frame the pictures... that's all... I am glad to do anything for my dearest friends if they ask me.
 
I have been scraping for the past 4 1/2 years,since my oldest daughter was born. I have done several and love it, but it's such a time consuming project and EXPENSIVE. I have bought close to $4000 in products. I have been trying to work on my newborns album, myoldest daughters, their father's, my neice's and of course finish Disney album from 2 year ago and start one for our new house... so much to do, so little time
 
I love do scrapebooks. I have many cool tools. Maybe you can ask dreamdeaf. Smile
 
Yeah...I just love papercrafting - scrapbooking, altered arts, cardmaking...etc!

In fact, I am working on a wedding album for Angel and RoadRunner - it's been slow going as I still have periods of depression but its coming along nicely...heh heh.
 
Oh of course, since I've known DreamDeaf is quite good scraping cards..

Do you have any local scrapbooking stores in your area? I also sell scrapbooking supplies, too... www.babycat.ismyangel.com

First, I would buy a archival album - meaning acid free. I would also get tape that is for scrapbooking only, like glue dots. Scrapbooking paper comes in all different shapes, sizes and patterns now - and many of them are cute!

Then I would choose the pictures that I like the best - and also little mementos - like maybe the first sonogram of your baby - and also write a little bit of when you found out you were pregnant, how you felt about it and maybe the joke that RoadRunner, Angel and I had about the date of your baby's birth...BTW, I'm still the winner!!! *snap fingers*

Scrapbooking stores also have great embellishments for babies - they can be peeled off and stuck to pages in your album. Stickers, too.

All pages can be 6x6, 9x9 or 12x12. You can see examples on my blogs:

You could also stick in pictures of how you looked in each stage of your pregnancy - like at Cedar Point and at the wedding... and also of pictures of you just before you had your bambino.
