From above:

"Quick Links" --> "Control Panel"

Then left side says "Edit Profile Picture"
Then the rest is easy to do. . :)

I think Taylor is hot, altough he never post his pic in AD, I really like how he wrote and he is very intellgent for a police officer...... Any other guys are good, no offense expect one male member wrote PM and he was so jerk with "whatever" attitude. I only have respect for guys like endy, taylor, neusmenth, deafscuba, seqouias, vampy, too many to list here....
