Who is single here?

I'm single. Because I'm 66, it's not so bad. Where I live, there are about 4 single women my age for every man. I'm homely, but clean and well groomed. I'm deaf, but I'm a gentleman and well educated. I'm far from rich, but I'm not in debt and live well. For all of those reasons I get invited to dinner and set up with someone's favorite aunt. So I have some really good women friends my age and date a lot. Like I say, it's not so bad.

You are not alone, I am sure plenty of people in here get lonely sometimes too, and we all need someone to be with. It hard to find the right person and it not always fun being single. I been single since 2005 to 2006 until the guy I dated gave me so many phony excuses and lies comes out of his mouth. But I am a forgiving woman. Right now, as a single mother my child comes first and some guys gonna have to learn to understand my child will always be first in my life than the new man. If the new guy is patient with me and my child, that be great. If not, then that is his loss. But I do believe everybody need someone speical in their life. We get hurt for a while then take time to heal and get back up on two feet to start over again. Life goes on.

Thanks for asking, Maria. I'm certainly not as spry when I was 33 and ran 5 miles daily, but I still get out to walk 3 miles every day. When it rains (every other day here in Oregon) I walk the treadmill an hour. So far my only meds are a baby aspirin a day and sometimes a handful of ibuprofen after I walk too far or too fast, ha ha ha. No Viagra yet, so no complaints at the moment. I'll bet you're sorry you asked.

I am still single so what. I am doing what I can do best and enjoy the life have offer. Most important is spending my time with my son more then ever. I know he will be leaving the nest in about 7 yrs so I wanted to spend a million time with him.

MY GF HAS BEEN WITH ME FOR ALMOST 3 YEAR..THIS NOV 22..WILL BE 3 YEARS :wackit:.. I GONNA DUMP :rl:HER AFTER NOV 22...I KINDA OF GETTING TIRED OF HER...SHE 19..LIVE WITH ME...SHE WONT HELP CLEAN, WASH THE CLOTHES...I ALWAYS GET HOME FROM WORK (14 HRS) I WAS TOO TIRED TO CLEAN BUT HAD TO CLEAN AND WASH MY CLOTHES..

Aw, that's too bad. Wish you had a wonderful gf who will help cleanin' up everythin' for you. Learn from that lesson and move on - the next time when you find a girl, be sure that she helps ! :)
 
Huh?? already preset day for breakup? thats weird. well sound like both of you need to make mature decisions, step back and reanalyze reality and life.

I think he picked that day because of Thanksgiving on Nov 22 - I have known people planning to break up after holidays as they dont want to be alone or afraid of ruining their holidays. *rolling eyes*
