Eat healthy protein, vegetable and fruit and drink water, water with lemon and herbal tea a lot.

I feel young but my wife told me to take it easy cuz I hurt myself while I was playing like I'm in 20's. My wife told me "You are not young anymore!!"

40's the age that Advil is your "best friend". Last spring, I helped my dad putting roof on his new shed. During lunch break, he gave me lunch along with couple of Advils. Aw sheesh!! I did have sores but no pains! Oh well! I just take it anyway.

I don't have any wrinkles either

My daughter told us that she don't want to stay at "rasin" home. I told her to be nice to "rasins" and we too will become "rasin" in next 10 to 15 years anyway.

Tell your wife to not make you feel old... :P My hubby is 50s... I made him feel young because he do not look 54...
