My tv stopped working so I needed to get a new one. I needed a tv that I could use with my Tv ears or actually the better version of TV ears. A german company that makes them. The plug I needed was an RCA plug and the tv had to have an audio analog out.
The new flat screen tvs have a digital audio out.
I found that Visio had analog audio out in there models that were not there top ranked ones.
the E model and the M model had audio out.
I spent hours checking TVs to find one that I could use. There is something that you can buy to convert digital signal to audio signal. I didn't want to take the chance or the money to invest.
I hope this helps someone who is looking for a TV that he can use with their TV ears.
My old Tv works amazing except for the fact it has no audio. It gets closed captioning and the picture is great. If someone wants it and lives near Philadelphia they can have it.
Has anyone used the converter that changes digital audio to analog and how did it work?
