Which AD'er are you wondering about?

Ambrosia is still around, but does not come on here often. The debates have died down quite a bit since I first joined. I think that has caused some of the young and middle aged women to depart. I remember Deaf Caroline used to post a lot and there were others.

Most have moved on to other social media.

I'm still friends with DeafCaroline on FB. She has been quite busy but doing well. I think there were too many bad apples (I will refrain from mentioning who) that caused many to leave, and justly so.
 
I hope he ok...time difference difficult at times I no catch people I wanted to see how they are

As for "not heard from her for a while" = "Did you have falling out?". Err.. just because someone hasn't heard from another person in more than a month does not mean there was a falling out. There's a thing called life outside of AD and I am sure both were busy. It gets even harder when there is a distance geographically. I have a few close friends from college I haven't heard from in years for one reason or another- I know for sure in at least one there was NO FALLING OUT.

i asked, I didn't assumed, if i never asked then I'm assuming...
yes in real life it can change and get real busy...but what strikes me a bit odd, A) coincidence, B) Mew's work hours in ED wasn't exactly ideal for finding time to play on internet and post into AD....so if she's studying or something I can't see how it hinders the amount of time, granted we 'heard' she had an accident in a car...supposed to be quite serious but then again if bed-ridden and by now she'd would have gained consciousness, and be bored so would have used internet via cables?

OK hospitals tend to prohibit mobile phone use and probably internet also...hmmm

im moving on, all i was doing is trying to initiate comebacks, with their 'corrections' worked a bit but not fully as I'd hoped.....
oh well

Deafcaroline, yes i remmy her, she's really attractive, and pretty smart too, just a tad aloof to me, how can I melt her ice?
 
There is more to life than being here in AD. Many have a family and jobs that they don't come here much or anymore. Again, like some mentioned here, people prefer to have a private life. It's ok to wonder about how other people is doing but with such assumptions here... it is best to inquire to this person directly in private.

I don't think she was aloof, she talked to everyone.

EDIT: Also, she had a steady boyfriend, if you remember her posts.

Im not gonna spam people with private posts, until 'I know and they know" its comfortable , also public query is a good BS detector too, I do PM's but not often, I have always thought PM's is for Private matter, that is information they Don't want it as public knowledge....grants relationship status being queried in public (on onine forum) is better than creepy spammy PMs asking for relationship statuses to which, some people will immediately consider is as phishing for private details with malicious intents...it's hard to strike balance of politeness AND privacy, I don't want to brag with all things I do and get PMs for invitations, that would be showing off and winning fake freinds.....thats just meh

yes that's right, Saavik is a nice guy, a little strange, so I never go to nit pick on this his/wanna be her private details, and stuck with ordinary topics, really enjoyed and empathised with some pain as in ordinary life's hassles

Saavik is cool..i like tomboys like Ambrosia (she used to be a welder, and in real life, my rehab-partner is tom boy also, did motorcross since 3 years old, was diesel mechanic, but you'd never know it just looking at her, she's HOT, but ever down to down, (she knows i like her and knows i know i can't have her, as she's attached bum :(...but im not worried) happy as it is, its good to be friends with all sorts, I can't handle very Feminine women, its like frozen..
 
Grummer, leave it alone. She may have chosen to just not come back to AD, and it's not your place to question why. Same for any other person who has left here. You seem very creepy.

I agree. People have their reasons which need to be respected.

All in all, at least the ones I know, the former members are doing well.

this is indeed a strange thread. In every forum, people always come in and go. That's the way it works online. I'm sure some of us get bored with it and move on with new adventure.
