Where to start??

Hi! I am new here and would really appreciate any input any of you have. I know sign enough to talk to the deaf, but I am by no means fluent, as I want to be. I want to be fluent as to learn to interpret in a church setting. I eventually would want to get my certificate/licence so I might be able to use my skills in a professional setting at some point, but my goal right now is ministry here in this town. The closest college is about 25 miles away, and I know I need to take classes and get immersed in the culture to get fluent. I would love to find some online interpreter training that involves videos/webcam, but can't find anything anywhere... I am waiting for any and all responses!
