Where are you headed to?

I just woke up less than 4 hours ago, and that snack I ate is making me DROWSY. I should not eat so soon after waking up. :(

Going to audiologist today to get impressions made for new ear molds. Appt was rescheduled from 8:30 to 10:00 due to the threat of ice this morning. Roads should be ok, just wet, by the time I go. Will work from home till then, then go to the office afterwards.

Headed to nowhere as my work is closed again due to the ice storm we got overnight.

TCS has already gone to work. I'm headed nowhere until later this afternoon. Then we are going to church, early. We have to prepare the guest suite for visitors, then we will go to the Wednesday night supper (pizza this time). Then, the church service and prayer meeting.

About to call it a day from work very soon and I am feeling very tired. Glad tomorrow's friday!

Headed to work and try to teach since our routine is just totally screwed up.

Speaking of messed up routines, Chicago Public Schools has extended the school year until June 13th. Can't say I'm surprised.

headed to sleep for a nap ( I wish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

My sister in law's father passed away over the weekend, so this morning, me and my family went to the Georgia National Cemetery for the funeral. Her father had been cremated but the memorial service was held there (He was a Vietnam Veteran). My sister-in-law's mother had been very abusive, and her father had come and taken her and her sister away from her mother, so she was very close to him. I think I may have met him once - but went to show my sister in law that we loved her and she is family no matter what.

After the funeral, me and my wife stopped and ate at a KFC on the way home. That was when our little boy decided to say "mama". He also signed "milk" for the first time too .... it was amazing - I burst into tears. I normally don't do that - I am a "tough" guy.

After we made it home, I changed clothes and headed out to cut up some oak trees for firewood that had fallen in someone's yard.

Same here with our school year.

I'm willing to bet none of the students are too thrilled about that. Well, they're gonna be even unhappier if we get any more snow or bone-chilling temps.

Wirelessly posted (BB Curve 9300)

VA clinic appt

Will be going to Sears before they close the place. I wanna grab something from there before they shut it down. The store in on Lawrence Ave, between Wolcott and Ravenswood, next to the Metra station.

Just back from the mall where we ate lunch and did all our shopping including food.

It's snowing again and the roads are not great.

I usually hate summer, but this year I am ready for it to come back.

I went to Tractor Supply to get a 20 inch bar and chain for my chainsaw.
