When you were younger, Did you had a halloween party or even went to one? If so, what Kind of games did you played and what was fun about the them?

I remember having a Halloween party when I was younger we played tons of games such as Float apples in a large wash tub filled with water. The object of this game is to grab one of the apples and remove it from the water without using your hands. You must use only your mouth.. It was a fun game! another game was The first person in each team is given an orange to place under his/her chin. He/She must pass the orange to the next in line but neither may use his/her hands. We even baked pumpkin seeds and eat them.. we ate soo much candies too.

I went to a halloween party when I was in high school. There was a few of us and we went trick-or-treating late at night. Heh!

Yeah, I went to a football halloween party with my younger sister which she was in the band at that time so was the boy I liked , I had my first taste of beer and then we went to a few houses to throw toliet papers around the trees and etc, .....but the bad thing is, my mom wasn't pleased once I got home with the smell of my breathe...

Yeah, at school and when it fell on a weekend at home -- we'd go trick n treating with friends...then gorge ourselves sick on the candies, hehe.

I enjoy building the haunted house with my roommates and do some scary stuff. I love grabbing someone from behind the walls made from blankets! Once a time I made my knight costume from cardboards and it did won the best costume contest. I think I had a photo of costume somewhere...I'll post it later.

Went to a halloween party when I was 13. It was for a friend of my mother's...daughter. And well...there were just a bunch of high school freshmen looking to have a good time...or rather, be mischievous. They did have bobbing for apples as Cheri described...also had spin the bottle mixed in with seven minutes in the closet. Certainly made for an interesting evening. LOL.

i was 16 yrs old, my hearing friends invited me came over my friend house for halloween party.. my friend picked me up, they were 16 to 21 yrs old.. i stayed over my friend house for one night... we has sooo fun and party.. but one thing, i drunk hehehehe... we has dare or truth, a female dared me, so i took my pant and underwear off fron ppl.. oh boy!! i never forget.... it sooo FUN!!!!

For me.... Until I was 18, I could do Trick or Treat.... for parties.. in Elem school D/HH class would have party in afternoon. When I was at Deaf School, they had halloween party for students who stay in dorm.. turned out to be boring. When I was in HS, didn't go to halloween parties, but when I was at one of HS I went, I was at YoungLife Hallooween party, which was fun. Few years ago I was at deafblind family weekend, we had halloween party where everyone dress up, and little kids get candies from us. This year, a weekend before halloween, an organzation that oversees Student Senate from various of 2 years college will have party at retreat but for this year on halloween, not sure what I will do.... Maybe stay home give out candies since I am too old to go TT...

When I was younger - I go to those typical halloween parties.. When I got into High School ... One of those year - I worked at a Haunted House at my school (Oregon School for the Deaf) It is one of the best haunted house in the whole state! In total of two weeks - we earned over 18k. Imagine! ! Yep, Believe it. Also one of those year - bunch of friends and I were really bad... We threw eggs at houses and we created a big drama by going to the doors to do trick or treat as we were ready to leave.. if there is any pumpkin by the door or the step.. my (guys) friends would pretend that they were tripping over them.. they actually made it to look so real.. they would actually fall flat down w their face on the ground... the owner of the houses would run up to them and help them getting up. We all would walk off laughing our asses off. I know .. We was bad. But worth it - the memories!

Well, my birthday falls two weeks before Halloween, so when I was younger we often combined my birthday parties with Halloween. When I was six, my Mother donned a witches costume and served "bug juice" (grape kool-aid) to us kids. We also had cupcakes.

Funny side story-- Mommy Dearest was serving the cupcakes to all the kids, and she missed a child. She also ran out of cupcakes. Wanna take a guess at which child got passed over? :eek2: LOL

Malfy, didja make sure you took the inside doorknob off that closet door first? LOL!

When I was in school, we always had Halloween party where we would do nothing all day but do Halloween stuff. We would bobble for apples, decorate our pumpkins with markers and clothes or props, make Halloween cookies, go through prizes for best costumes, best pumpkins, etc... Also, the grand finale was for us to sit around this pinita (sp. the mexican container which holds candies and toys inside). Each of us would take turn taking three hitting with a plastic bat. When it broke, all of us went havoc trying to get the most candies and toys. It was fun.

Of course, I went trick and treating with my family and friends, but only until like grade 4. Then I started going to Halloween parties that my friends hosted. At late nights, my sister and I would join friends and bring eggs, soaps and toilet papers for mischief night. Of course, we never threw eggs on cars, but mostly on sidewalks or trees. We did soap on car windows though.

Lately, I haven't been doing much for Halloween, except to go to a party or two. This year, the Deaf Centre will have a party on 23rd, but I am not sure if I will go or not. Depends on my work schedule.
