whole grain bread slice with some spicy black-eyed peas, apple and soy yougurt
 
This Afternoon.... Wheat bread with mustard, smokey turkey and cheese sandwich! :aw:
 
Tuna salad bowl , included: lettuce , tomato, light mayo and hard boiled eggs and a few crackers.
 
I lunch eat on cheese on sandwich :P

grated (Tasty - 18 months aged) cheese and chopped pineapple in sammys yum yum
 
Ended up with a Sonic bacon cheeseburger (no cheese) and tater tots with a Sprite.
 
Subway eat FRESH!!

I had BBQ pulled pork (footlong) and Doritos from Subway. Desert, M&M cookie and washed it down with cold mountain dew. :)

Eat where winners eat-Subway
 
Peanut butter and black raspberry jam sandwich and Cheetos. Pepsi Throwback to drink.
 
9oz sirloin steak, baked potato with lemon juice and a salad with a bacon vinaigrette dressing. MIL wanted Applebee's after her hair appointment.
