My favorite is the Spicy Black Bean burger. I have it on an sandwich thin (can't remember the brand(ArrowWheat?)) with pepper Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and spicy bbq sauce.

I know. Iowa is where all the beef and pork comes from. Royale's video of farm operation mistreatment of pigs is what started my vegetarian life.

I was pretty sure it must be in Iowa.

I use the same bread, but just tomato, onion and a little salt.
 
I'm having chicken pot pie with celery, onions, carrots, cream of chicken soup and buttermilk biscuit crust in an iron pot.

mmm. I really should make a bean burger for lunch with my black eyed peas that I froze yesterday to use for next week. Bean burgers are one of my favorite lunches and I love to top them off with salsa.
 
Tonight was pork loin chops marinated in balsamic vinegar, roasted potatoes and onions, and steamed carrots. We had fruit cocktail salad on the side. Dessert was a fuit ganache made with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.
 
We had black bean burgers, bowtie pasta in marinara sauce, and hot chocolate.
 
Tonight was macaroni casserole and baguettes with garlic vinagerette.
 
Christmas party leftovers, odd raw veggie bits, dip, tortilla and cream cheese pinwheels, potato roll with a bit of chicken salad. Oh, and lovely bite of peach cake. No cooking, it was nice.
 
Stir-fry on a bed of brown rice and egg rolls.
 
I indulged! Chowed down on beefy burrito with all the works, gave my son half so I'm not feelin' too guilty ;)
 
I had a Boca burger, a Blackbean burger, a tomato, bottle of orange juice, glass of milk.

I was hungry.
