We went out for dinner. I had calzone.

Veggie lasagna, garlic bread, salad and lemon cake with tea.

lemon cake with tea looks especially good....HOT tea.....it is 6 degrees here. We were just outside playing with two Rottie girls <:D >

don't know what we will have for dinner cuz we just got back from big brunch buffet with my folks

A frozen pizza from Target while watching the two hour season premeire of CHuck.

No one could ask for more. I am wearing my green Chuck Taylor;s with the "I heart Zombie" laces for the occasion, if anyone cares. ;)

Made a huge pot of homemade Chili for lunch and heated it up again for dinner!!

Homemade pizza. I made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for dessert and I ate too many of them! At least they were healthy. :giggle:

Yesterday I cook Tikka Masala with Rice.

How To Make Chicken Tikka Masala (Food: Indian)

Tonight I will cook Roast Pork and vegetables.

Crud that looks good, being single for so long I'm considering cooking again, I believe for now it's lean pockets for dinner. This would be proof that I need to get going to that grocery store and start cooking. However, I must admit eating right is not cheap either I will have to get used to this.

Nice! Another homemade pizza fan! What do you put on yours Sallylou?

I had veggie stirfry with rice for dinner. Ho-hum. Need to get my vitamins.

wondered same about that pizza, sally :lol: and what did u do w/the cookies?

mmmm....veggie stir fry sounds very good, haven't had one in along time!

Tonite we are having Spaghetti with sauce (no meat), garlic cheese bisuits and a cottage cheese salad.

Change of dinner plans - MIL treated us. We had Bud's Chicken, so there was fried chicken, cole slaw, french fries and corn fritters. Yum!!

We had what was planned for last night with a few changes.

Spaghetti with spicy Italian sausage, garlic cheese biscuits (think Olive Garden), cottage cheese salad and carmel truffle pudding with toasted pecans.

Well - tonight we are having pork, rice and corn and yes, I know it's 2 starches in the same meal, but the kids chose it. I just am not sure how I'm cooking the thin boneless pork loin chops. Maybe with the orange marmalade and balsamic vinegar.

Did it with Apricot/Pineapple preserves, Strawberry Preserves, OJ and balsamic vinegar. Marinated the pork then used the marinade and thickened it for a gravy. Yummy!

Tonight was beef stew. It was actually not too bad! Probably because of the sauce he used.
