Salmon, mussels, cole slaw, roasted potatoes, broccoli/cauliflower and spince cake with cream cheese frosting. Also having Blue Bunny ice cream, sugar free with Splenda, Butter Pecan and Turtle Sundae.

Hubby's birthday dinner. His birthday was Thursday the 17th.

Update - refused cake & ice cream due to temper and anger on my part. I left the table.

Chicken carbonara pasta, breadstick, lemonade.

My hubby is so creative...plain cooked ramen noodles (didnt add the seasoning due to high sodium) with raw veggies (shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, sliced green onions, and chopped mushrooms) topped with spicy salsa...

Good meal to eat before a workout!

Tonight was roast & mashed potatoes (I say that a lot... I really should show how often we eat mashed potatoes to my dad )

Nice...

I use shin raymum, with canned tuna, egg, diced cabbage, shredded carrots... and so on. The guy I know said to use canned paata, but it already looking like dog puke already... don't need to make it look worse. :laugh2:

that's a real good idea, Shel - I should try that!

I had oatmeal and salad.

Eating Chinese Lemon Chicken tonight called REVOLUTION as the Chicken is not fried.

Tonight was roast-beef sandwiches (excuse me while I hurl) and homemade French fries.

Chicken sandwich with cranberry horseradish sauce, baked potatoes, and Diet Coke.

Thin sliced beef steaks with sauteed mushrooms and onions, garden rotini, spinach and leftover cake and ice cream.

Tonight was stir fry. Tomorrow ends the reign of boring dinners. :P

Turkey pot pie, chicken noodle soup, Andes Mints, Orange juice.

Tonight I had roast turkey, potato, and salad... only thing is missing cranberry sauce. :( Couldn't find any in stores at the moment.

Ham, ribeye roast and all of the traditional stuff.

Turkey sandwich, orange juice. Lots of Christmas candy.
