I'm having cornish hens with rosemary, garlic and lemons served with rice and salad with milk tonight.
 
Pasta ala vodka, steamed, plain, sweet peas, sliced roma tomato, 1/2 a small avocado and tea.

Hope the "new kid" comes back with a recipe for vegetarian fajitas!
 
We went to a local Mexican restaurant that we hadn't tried before. They had a Wednesday night special of something called Pollo Loco.

It was really like pollo azado, but with cheese sauce on top. It came with rice, guacamole, tomato , lettuce , and shredded cheese.

$6.99 , very reasonably priced and it was a nice sit down restaurant . We had a lot of fun. :)
 
roast potatoes, steamed peas, chicken kebab anc choppe fried mushrooms at freind's it was NICE!

Tonight will be MorningStar Farms Spicy Black Bean burgers with sliced canned pears.
 
Steamed some chcken tenderloins (no seasonings), made a fresh salad and green beans along with sweet tea. Was yummy.
 
Just received news that my daughters are bringing Burger King food.

I love my family! :applause:
 
I finally had subway for supper yesterday. Buffalo chicken toasted sub! Tomatoes,lettuce,green pepper,spinach and ranch. Good Stuff...I love their homemade cookies.
 
I tried another crock-pot recipe yesterday: butternut squash, sweet potatos, poblano peppers (hot!), onions, mixed with a bit of brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and then cut-up pork loin on top.

It was ok. The picture in the cookbook looked really pretty, and my version did come out pretty close to that (except I forgot to buy the fresh parsley for garnish).

I think I let it cook a bit too long, because by the time my husband ate his, it was getting a bit mushy. (He works late these days, so we have different eating times quite often during tax season.)

Anyway, I think I'll try it again, but maybe cut down the cooking time a bit.
 
Tonight I will be making Southwestern baked tilapia, pasta shells and carrots. Kids hate the carrots, but I make them eat them.
 
I had an early dinner out. I had an orange/tangerine Izzi drink, string bean chicken breast with white rice, and Valencia orange sorbet with blackberries, strawberries, gummi bears, and dark chocolate sauce.
 
i'm having spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce, salad and milk.
 
BLT sandwich, tomato basil soup, crackers, and mandarin orange.
 
Will try for a 3rd time.

Mini-burgers, fries and corn.
 
I'm having braised chicken leg with achovy paste, kalmata olives, onions, roasted garlic in my homemade tomato sauce served over rice, spinach salad and mil for dinner.
