I already supper chicken and brocillica and fries :P
 
I'm going to Baker's Square to eat soup and get free pie. :)
 
Tonight I will work late. It is my husbands day to cook. We will have take out burgers! :P

Well - I got voted down for dinner. Actually, the contractor came by and we were talking and before we knew it, it was 7pm and no dinner started. So I took the family to Perkins.

I haven't had donuts in about a year - tonight, I have chocolate covered donuts and I am floating them in milk before I eat them.

I getting ready to cook. We are having spaghetti and meatless meatballs (Morning Star Farms veggie) and garlic toast. Family has Texas Toast style and I will have a large roll from the bakery with my garlic butter with the dairy free butter.
 
I made chicken quesadillas, refried beans and tops dessert buneulos(Mexican dessert) with vanilla bean ice cream and honey, so yummy!
 
brocollis, swirlled potatoes baked (like snow freeze ice cream on cone but its potatoes), lamd sausages in de'villed sausage sauce (supposed to be for beef but i cud careless i want see how it goes, it was good -not perfect match but was nice any way)
 
This evening we had breaded fish fillets, seasoned french fries and steamed carrots.
 
Chicken cotija. A bed of sauteed onion, garlic, squash, tomato and chilis lightly seasoned with cumin. Top with sweet corn, elote style, and finally the sauteed chicken and sprinkle with cotija cheese. Served with arroz con tomate. For dessert we had cococut cream pie and an ice cream cake. We were celebrating my husbands birthday a few days late so that we could all be together to celebrate. It was fun.
 
This evening I will be making a shrimp stir-fry with sweet & sour sauce and serving over white rice. I have to cook hubby's a little different since the veggies in a stir-fry are not done enough for him to gum through. His dentures are worthless.

I had a Salisbury steak frozen dinner.
 
tasty cheese and pineapple pieces in toasted sandwiches
