Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. Also the gravy. Why did I make so much gravy? I have at least 2 quarts left. We will save it for future recipes.

Beef stew with carrots, celery, pearl onions and potato. Cornbread, fresh sliced tomatoes, calamata olive chevre. For dessert there was spice cupcakes with home made apple butter on the side.
Leftovers are great!

Tonight I fixed chicken mashed potatoes, corn and pork loin chops with a curry sauce.

I had taquitos at a local Mexican restaurant. At ten we are eating a turkey and a blueberry pie.

Election night party. And I got that turkey for 39 cents a pound. November has good food , cheap. :)

I had navy bean soup with kale and pureed roast garlic tonight for a light dinner.

Beef pot pie (darn, no pot) lol. Tossed salad, antipasto salad, sauteed zucchini with fall tomatoes, basil and cracked pepper, tea and one bite sized snickers.

Family party at Village Inn. Soup and free pie. Then one of my daughters made a cake and we are going to her house after. Excitement!

We had beef stew and a tomato and cucumber salad.

This was my night to work late. Hubby made goulash, tomato salad and it smells good in here.

I had fish, steamed cauliflower with spices and an apple.

Tonight I will be fixing Tilapia packets. (foil packets with the fish fillet, butter tomato, lemon pepper seasoning and thyme) We will also have peas and rice. I wanted roasted potatoes, but I'm not too sure I can puree those for hubby.

We are having hamburger tonight. Mmmmm I am thinking about yam as french fries with coconut oil on them. Hopefully it will taste good.

Haven't really ate anything, but I made do chua and kimchi: Vietnamese pickled daikon radish and carrots; and Korean pickled spicy cabbages respectfully.

I never made do chua before, but I have been told the smell of fermented daikon should be weaponized.

I had bow tie pasta with spinach and zucchini and a bowl of red pepper tomato soup.

Wirelessly posted

I've not been able to eat well for a good while because of my Sjogren's. I am very blessed to have a patient husband that cooks comfort food to encourage me to eat & get my blood levels higher. Hubby made Spanish rice with melted cheese .. yum!

Hope you feel better soon Mrs. B.
Tonight we made chicken and dumplings and aebelskivers stuffed with orange marmalade for desert. Whipped cream too.. mmm
