Tuna salad with pita chips.

Due to trip to the ER for son - I had 1 slice of turkey lunch meat, 1 slice of ham lunch meat and some fruit salad that has, pineapple, green grapes, red grapes, strawberries and oranges.

That's a perfect sandwich!

It is my all time favorite. Tonight, because I still had tomatoes, I had a tomato, swiss cheese, and basil omelet with whole wheat toast. I love eggs, but have never been one to eat a huge breakfast. It just makes me want to go back to bed!:giggle:

Never had them. Good?

Usually a common sidedish in Korean restaurants.

Add some soy sauce, and beansprouts to a skillet... then just fry it and constantly stir it in the soy sauce until it's soft.

Ends up looking like this

Don't know the name of it, romanticized Korean or English translation. I know it when I see it on the menu. :p

I like my ban-chan bowls because it gives me a balance of everything of 5-8 different sidedishes rather a monoculture diet of one meat, one grain, two types of veggies.

That looks and sounds delicious! We don't have a Korean restaurant close by, so I haven't had them, but soy sauce makes everything taste wonderful!

Off topic, but don't bean sprouts kind of resemble little sperm?

Haven't been able to eat for 2 days - having intestinal problems and am on clear liquids for a few more days, then move to soft foods. (Gotta love the mashed potatoes!!)

Sorry to read about that... You can't even eat soup? Some yummie vegetable soup to fill up your stomach and get you vitamins?

Tomorrow is tagliatelle with salmon :cool2:

I'm looking for suggestions...anyone have a favorite that is easy, quick, and delicious?

Had an exhausting day, and just don't feel like cooking something elaborate. But I still need to eat!:P

You know...I do believe I have a can of Progresso black bean soup in the pantry! Thanks!

I have stuff in the freezer that I cooked and froze for later, but none of it sounded good. I think the soup will do the trick!
