Do you mean roast carrots ? Rats I cooked chicken and roast potatoes but not roast carrots which I like and my dog too . No I didn't cook a rat too !
 
Vegetable soup, celery with blue cheese, and cranberry juice.
 
Yesterday I had - vegetarian re-fried beans with eggs and steamed cauliflower and carrots, and some turkey sausage with apple for dessert.
 
Meatloaf, potato soup, mixed vegetables and dinner roll. Dessert hot cocoa w whip cream
 
Dinner tonight will be a chunk of leftovers. I'm trying to figure out how to get creative with breaded chicken, mashed potatoes, cheese, biscuits, and the like, and make a new dish out of it all. (I may not succeed. :lol: )
 
BBQ ranch salad , bread sticks and ice tea
 
Leftover homemade Lesanya (sp?)

Oh and some garlic bread put in the oven from frozen :mrgreen:
 
I had salmon (with alot of spices) and wild rice for dinner
