maybe paint them with epoxy or laquer???....epoxy would probably make HA stuck to ear permanently, and ruin aid anyway. 
Well,what a help I was.
I do so many things that induce perfuse sweating. I just keep them clean put in dehumidifier and daily care. I haven't had problems yet.
