I do have herina when I do my ABS crunch and got big bulge right side of my belly button. I had to stretch to stop the pain. That really hurt! I have to do ABS very slow to avoid herina pain.

Thanks i am resting.. took a nap this afternoon.. and eat blt for dinner.. and now i saw the news that here is under tornado watch.. oh jeez! not again! its almost one year since the tornado hit here on nov 27th.. sh!t! sigh..

yes it was not only blackwell but at sardis (real messy there total losses there!, plumerville, then here thru to center ridge then to bee branch.. so yes tornado did went thru here..the path is huge.. as i can tell from there to center ridge... wow! it caused damages to my old house's roof, playhouse's roof were blown off, tree fell down, and everything.. the big swing chair that was by tree it was blown over to other side.. heavy iron that is surrounding the beautiful rose bush was blown down few yards. antenna at trailer broke.. the road to plumerville were blocked due to trees.. we didnt have electricity for long time.. and no phone till next day.

i was laying watching tv and my sister said tornado is coming.. i had to hurry and get all my cats inside and ran to the old house cuz its more safe there than trailer you know? i couldnt bring cats n my dog with me to old house as pitbull dogs there as my nephew's ex gf's family were living there at time.. dont want fights..

anyway.. we all huddled up in hallway waiting it out.. i could hear the loud noises.. like train... then something hit something else.. it was weird.. kids were crying.. wow.. really scary experiences.. i never forgot that! whew! the mess were wow.. i had to clean up.. but not finished tho... LOL.. still have metal laying around .. sigh..

oh yeah i was worried about TJ.. he was at his fathers house.. i didnt hear from them till next day that i had to go to gabes work to check in with him to see if hes fine? he said yes tj is fine.. everyone are fine.. i was so relieved! whew!

it even went thru the backyard at my nephew's house in blackwell.. he said it was very scary too!

Actually a tornado did come close here and you can tell where it came through the pasture not far from the dog pen. I wasnt a big tornado but stil a tornado. I was at my grandmothers in Havana when it came through, after the tornado warning went off I got in my truck and check on my Lab, Narcan as I only had him at the time. He was very happy to see me, so I loaded him in the back of the truck and took him back to my grandmas with me and gave him a couple of hotdogs. I was very worried that I had possibly lost my Lab.

I have always told myself that if a tornado comes I am going out and getting both of my Labs after I know that MAddie is secure and I will bring them in the house and we will all hunker down in the hole. If I ever have to live in a trailer, I would have a storm cellar built that is less than 25 yds from the trailer. But that is just me, the one on safety patrol.

yeah i told my mom that we do need a storm cellar.. cuz the old house is not safe anymore.. the roof is fixin to cave in.. so cant go in there.. jeez..

the tornado that came thru here was a F3 .. caused alots of damages.. there are still damages on hwy 64 in plumerville.. u can see the metals all across the fields.. also lot of trees still lying down and not cleaned up? look like no one live at the old house? that may explain why? i dont know.. hmm
