Thanks,Shel. I know what you mean. I get sick of it too.and it was a nice thread.I am going next week for my hearing test and new aids and I am going to want to talk about it.AD is the only place I have contact with the Deaf community.I don't know if I want to start up another theard.:(

Why not go ahead with a warning to those who bring up CIs that u will tell the mods to remove their posts?

But does that work? I get the feeling that they won't pay any mind to me. They didn't on that thread.

I will start a HA thread for ya! :) I plan on investigating on getting new HAs so when the time comes, I will consider it.
 
It is the middle of the night down here, and I am in bed, surfing ..... and thinking.
 
I didnt sleep well again last night. Oh jeez. Why do i have to suffer from stupid insomina! :(

oreo was pawing on my face this morning and i woke up... i was like what do you wanted? he meowed? i was like oh you are hungry? so fed him and pet him same time. hes happy now.

now he is outside chasing cats and play with them. its windy and lot of leaves, stuffs are floating around so cats are having fun! heh.

It's really COLD this morning. 44 brrr .. i slept thru the night except woke up around 345 cuz of dogs. lol.. better than not having insomina like i did night before. grrr..

TJ is sick with sore throat and this week is benchmark testing. He doesnt want to miss it cuz if he miss that he will have to be in principal's office to do the tests and he doesnt want to. poor kid. so its prolly allergies as im sneezing and blowing my nose, too due to green pollen everywhere.. ugh! :(
 
wow.. last friday, had bad weather, torando passed my apt, i was shyt.. whew.. so last sat, my parents came over here, we had cook out, we play black jack with chips, we really enjoyed! hehehe! they left home abt 7:30pm, then myhubby and i spent together then go bed... my hubby is gone work today.. also i am wait for my sweet friend coming grin!
 
Just finished working on the front yard..we are going to install a small bridge, new flowers and rocks to decorate our front yard. I just finished painting the bridge and now my legs and arms are shaky. I walked 5 miles yesterday so I think my muscles are exhausted from that.
 
I have taken a refreshing walk yesterday and took some photos too. Will show you guys in a bit in my other thread.
 
i went walmart and got some foods, then came home and play game online til my best friend pgr me and i went over ER to see my best friend.. then i got home just now..
 
its damn cold this morning.. BRRRRRR... it was under freezing mark last night. 30 degrees.. i had to bring my 3 plants in as i didnt want them to die..

TJ have benchmark testing this week and he came down with sore throat and allergies. Poor kid. He is not gonna be in good mood this week. I too am coming down with sore throat and allergies.. drippy and blowing my nose damn pollens! Green pollens everywhere.. on my car, grounds, etc. grrrrrr

i hope it will not be bad this year like last year it was worst!!!! gRRR.. :(
 
Same here! COLD! BRR!! But it'll be warmer this week! WHOO WHOO! Cannot wait to get my hiney to the back yard and clean up from the winter! (leaves, branches etc etc).

yeah they said we will have freezing warning here again tonight. it may be the last one till fall but i could be wrong? who knows.... heh..
 
Well I got off work early today - took care of some stuff then came home.

I had bought an iTunes card this afternoon and when I went to redeem it - I was given an 'inactive card' error message. So I emailed iTunes hoping they could remedy the problem but more than likely I will have to return the card to the store and wring out someones ass for them. I think I should get a free iTunes card from the store from this fiasco.

Now that wasnt the end of my maladies. I was surfing iTunes anyway waiting on my acknowledgement email from iTunes and my laptop hard drive just wiped itself out for no reason at all. I was like WTF?? It wont shut off it won't do anything except I have a blue screen with a bunch of gobbledeegook information on it. The only thing I saw that stuck out - Hard drive dumping 100% completed.

So I have snapped a photo of the screen on my camera and put it on a flash card then put it in an envelope. I am taking it to my computer guru in the morning hoping that he is able to fix it. If not, Im screwed.

But should it not be able to be fixed then I have a backup plan that may or may not work. My friend and pastor Jamie has a really nice HP laptop with an integrated webcam I believe and he mentioned a while back he was thinking about purchasing a new laptop. Well I am going to make him an offer of 6-700 USD for his laptop and he can use the cash for whatever his little Baptist heart desires. The reason for me being so cheap on the offer is because it is used and I think he's had it for a year now. The original price was probably 800 and up. He won't make a profit off of it, but it won't be a huge loss either. Im just hoping its HIS laptop and not one he bought through the church for pastoral duties which is likely. If it's the church's laptop then we've gotta go through the democratic process to get it OKd to sell the current laptop and use the funds from that to purchase a new laptop. Dont ask why - our church has a commitee over just about everything from ministries to church maintenance.
