FC - Im gearing my camera up for some photography this weekend. I just wish I had a community calendar available for when there will be a spring festival nearby. I thought about attending a flower festival where surely I could get some nice shots. I am going to Yell Fest in May and if theres anything worth photographing there. I think you and TJ should come. Its on the Dardanelle side of the River.
Jake - I know, the whole thing was weird. Now Im just like - uhmmm whats next that is going to take me by surprise? After this past weekend Im barely coherent with all the drama with my co-worker and a very heated argument with my dad. But the sighting of an old friend quickly changed my mood for the better.
Today at work my much dis-liked step-cousin started her first full day back at work after being fired 30 days ago. They first put her across from me on the line. She started her stupidity, whining carrying on and stuff saying she couldnt do the job, she couldnt even get the meat on the belt (She was actually throwing every direction without a real thought or care as to where it was supposed to go.)
So I simplified it for her - (I said the following to her)
"First of all you need to shut up! Secondly just watch the meat as it comes off the skinner, if you see a bone, pull it out, if you see meat that is bloody or torn up to throw it in the blue bucket, and put the good halves in the lug next to you for P.C."
But then she's like "But I cant do all of that its confusing!"
I said - "Its not confusing. You just dont want to work you whinebag!"
She was so ridiculous that one of the line bosses came by and actually told her to shut up and calm down. Then our department supervisor came over and told the line boss to move her just to get her to shut up. And the thing about is that my step-cousin had another person up there with her and of course Im doing a full line by myself no problem.
She can do the job, she just doesnt want to try. They finally did move her and boy was I glad! 15 minutes of that crap was all I could take for one day. I told myself if she was there for the duration of the day it was going to be a helluva a day for sure! I was RELIEVED when they moved her.
The bosses have since figured out that just because we are family doesnt mean we like each other. This same girl also had the balls to tell my mom that I piss her off when I open my mouth. Mom looked at her and laughed and said " Would it be because Dixie tells it like it is and you dont want to hear it?"
If I had been at Sunday dinner this past week she would have gotten a whooping for sure because mom told me the way she was talking to her kids the entire time she was there. Her son who is 3 was very cranky and would not eat. Well my aunt said 'he's probably sick, look at him you can tell he doesnt feel well.' then step-cousin said "Well he's just cranky and doesnt want to listen, he's just fine!'
Then my mom felt of his head and said he was burning up, turns out her son had a REASON to be cranky - he had a 103.2 fever! And he kept saying his ear hurt. The poor boy had an ear infection! Then if that wasn't enough, he started whining as most kids do when they are sick and she yelled out - "If you dont stop whining Im going to take you outside and whoop your f-----g a--!"
Then her sister said - "Thats no way to talk to your son!"
Then my step cousin said "How would you know you f-----g b---h!
When mom told me all that was going on I was like - if I had been there I would have just raked her up by the hair and took her outside to give her a whooping she would remember. I will not tolerate that from anyone talking to a child like that! I dont care if the girl is twice my size - I will NOT tolerate that, not here at this house. Besides I seriously doubt she could actually defend herself. Shed probably scream at most.
I cant until she get fired again and this time Im going to make DAMN sure she is on the no-rehire list.
