I am getting off the Peninsula for the first time in a month and a half today!

I am going to "civilization" to go shopping at Home Depot, Wal-Mart, etc. The drive should be awesome, of course it's driving across the Astoria bridge to Longview should be fun and a little long-- 2 1/2 hours each way!

See you this afternoon!

dont worry i am not hurt by the comment. its a fact. yes she is. first time she got pregnant- she didnt know who the father was then second time she got pregnant- again she didnt know who the father was till she had the dna tests done on both of the kids now we know who fathers are. pathetic.

i went out since 8am n look for jobs then visited my mom at 12pm til 5pm wow.. hehehe..
 
Today was a good day at work, at first we were scheduled to work tomorrow but today after last break they said no - only nightshift will have to work, dayshift gets the weekend off this time so Im in a very good mood. I also got a heckuva paycheck this week too. Now see all that overtime is paying off, lol. :D

As part of the announcement I did a celebratory 'Stayin Alive' dance in between the lines. Everyone was hooping, hollering, and tinging their knives on the cones. Got a few cat calls too. :D Just being goofy for the moment, haha. Puts everyone in a good mood.

Tomorrow I will be spending the day with Maddie and a friend of mine from work. We are going to Russellville to do some shopping. Im personally going to buy some spring clothes for Maddie and also try to find her an Easter dress, if I can find one this late.

I hope everyone is having a good day - especially you FC - you need it after yesterday's drama. :hug:
 
The good news, is that I am moving stuff to my apartment a day early, which is obviously, today. But not too much, will do the whole lot tomorrow morning.
 
we have cook out at jeepgirl and hubby house.. we really enjoy it.. hehehe...
 
hey guys! Im alive and kickin' with a webcam that actually works - so now the invitation is open for anyone to join me in a video chat to work on my ASL skills. And oh yeah, I did ALOT of shopping today - my DD went with me and she made off like a bandit, haha! 10 new outfits for spring plus an Easter dress.

I bought myself a new webcam, a pair of new pants (a size smaller YAY!), some crocs (the real ones not knockoffs), some new New Balance shoes, a shirt and two new books to read.

Anyway Im on MSN now if anyone wants to give this a go.
 
WHEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW! 4 down and 2 are still up! Yep! I am watching 6 kids all evening!!! They went wild lol! But at least they had FUN! :)

I am so worn out so I probably try sleep in. So wait and see how kids are in the morning!

One kid is enough for me, and thank goodness she's knocked out for the night, lol.
 
Dixie, looks like you had a good shopping trip in Russleville. My cousins live there so I've been there a zillion times :). Good shopping stores there - sometimes better than Little Rock because Little Rock's is always crowded and out of merchandise :).
 
yup Russellville has pretty good selection and obviously isnt going to have alot of specialty stores like the GAP or Abercrombie & Fitch, but shit if I wanted something from those stores I would just order it online and have it shipped here.

And besides the traffic in Russellville isnt near as bad as Ft.Smith or Little Rock.
 
I have moved out today, and I am at my parent's house for now for dinner and all. I am nearly finished with unpacking and stuff, but right now, I am tired and in the lazy mood, I think.


Dixie, I tried to catch you online, but missed when you went offline.
 
i woke up at 7am, fixed my hubby's lunch, he went work at 9am so i will clean all day my apt... :)
 
Took me 45 minutes to get to work, despite these killer trafffic.
