yeah my plans including 4 classes in summer next yr. I am on rough road!

 it'll pay off in the end. What are you going to be?

Anyone who went to havard university? :hmm:

lol. yea several of my high school classmates went to harvard. my friend met Natalie Portman there but I didn't care lol. pretty much half of my classmates went to ivy leagues and other half including me went to state universities and a very small portion either didn't go to college or went straight to military.

Interesting -- these are the famous univerities, eh

I have 2 friends who did overloaded semesters and finished school in less than 3 years years. They're the most ambitious and smartest people I know. One is currently at Yale med school to be neurosurgeon (or maybe doing a residency already)... I mean yea go figured for neurosurgeon to be such a hardcore hard-worker like that. I lost contact with other one so I dunno what's up with him.

I hope your neurosurgeon friend doesn't burn out before he finishes with internship and residency!

yea but didn't care either. i still think they're wasting a lot of money on undergraduate courses when you can learn same thing for cheaper price. It's more worth it to go to "famous universities" for graduate degree. I might give it a shot but at this point right now - I'm not interested in learning. I'm sick of it. I just want to work, earn money, put my knowledge/skill to use... and then maybe in few years or so... I'll think about getting master degree.

Thinking of master's in HCI or GIS or Urban Planning.

indeed... indeed... but i think he's doing pretty good. he's got excellent discipline to manage all these on daily basis... which I severely lacked in.

He'll probably make a good physician then.

6 or 7. If i can do it a lot in summer. :)

That is provided that you are able to finish your associate's degree in 2 years, then your BA in another 2 years, and a master's program in another 2 years. That means no retakes, no developmental courses, sticking strictly to your program of study, and keeping your GPA up to at least a 3.5 in order to get acceptance into a Master's program immediately following graduation with your BA. And, unless your associate's degree feeds directly into a bachelor in ed, which chances are it won't, you will have to pick up a couple of courses that are required for the BA that you didn't get at the associate's level.

6 yrs at max.

I doubt it seriously, but you can hope. You've already got some developmental courses on your schedule before you can take the courses that are required for graduation. That adds time.

If somebody wants to be a vet or a doctor...it takes 8-10 years to complete college. If you want PhD degree, even worse...12 years max, I think.

Now, if somebody got a kid or a full time job....it won't be possible to finish it in 6 years.
